Catholic Business Circle (catholicbusinesscircle.com) and the city directories linked from it are owned and operated by Kingdom Business Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us or ask to list a business, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name, what your business does, city, Google Business Profile link, home parish (if you choose to share it), your message, and whether you agreed to text messages.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link you followed. We use these to keep the site secure and understand what’s working.
- Public business information. Directory listings include publicly available business details such as name, address, phone, hours, website and ratings.
How we use it
- To add, verify and update business listings.
- To reply to your message and contact you about your listing, founding-member spots and directory news you asked about.
- To let you know when a city directory opens.
- To operate, protect and improve the site.
Your home parish is optional. If you share it, we use it only to show it on your listing when you ask us to.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your inquiry, your listing and directory updates at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of being listed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and contact you (for example, website hosting, our customer relationship management and messaging tools, and email delivery), under terms that limit their use of it to providing those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, plus your browser’s session storage to remember campaign tags during a visit. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep listing and contact information while your listing is active or while it’s needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above.
